Time and tide for no one. And, hence if there is something that we can’t stop that’s our aging. Every passing day we age. And, aging impacts our body and it’s functioning at each level. Maybe there wouldn’t be anything we could to prevent our biological clock from ticking, we can certainly do something to delay the procedure. Interesting huh? So, here we would discuss ten antioxidants that would help us fight against aging. So, before we go into details, let’s find out what exactly antioxidants are.

Antioxidants are substances that oxidation, especially one used to counteract the deterioration of store food products.  Antioxidants can prevent or slow damage to cells caused by free radicals.
